i arrived early at saguijo, around 830pm to be exact, coz i had nothing better to do.

then, i realized i lost my wallet. hahaha. goodbye.

well, i wasnt really that affected, coz there was a lot of stuff going on inside my cranium. losing my wallet was the least of my concerns. ang galing nga e, pero siguro if it happened like before — sirang-sira na siguro araw ko nun. buti na lang, okei na ako

anyways…

we played first, and luckily flakey
the dj — was able to make it. qc to makati in less than 30minutes — waaay to go chong!

we did five of our faster songs and my arms realy felt tired afterwards. it was a very good set, pero that wasn’t really our crowd there. peor okei lng. lia a friend of my x was there with a friend pero we didn’t say hi, kse i thought she was mad or something. pero it turned out she wasn’t because she sent me a mobile message thru friendster. haha. friendster ampotah. substitute for your normal social life. hahaha.

anyways, may free beer kami so medyo lasing ako, kse hindi tlaga ako malakas uminom, and two bottles of any beer can make me tipsy — and im not ashamed to say it! blah.

so yun. tumugtog marty mcfly, they were ok. pero natuwa ako sobra dun sa isang weezer cover nila.

and saya hehehe! and i was singing with them hahahahaha! sobrang favorite ko yung weezer back in highschool and my ealry days in college. they the only bands we listen to…well, aside from blur, of course tsaka pala pavement! hahahaha!

haaay, namimiss ko tuloy old bandmates ko sa beybeh beybeh. i miss playing our gigs. haaay.

back to the foookin’ story.

wunjo suddenly appeared out of nowhere and played a couple of songs pero sobrang WHOA! THAT’S ACID JAZZ FOR YOU, BOY! ang galing galing ng wunjo. the vocalist smells awfully like the ex-vocalist of indio i hmmmn, wunjo ba ang dahilan kung bakit nag-disband ang indio i? ito ba yung kinukuwento sa akin dati ni inky na hindi ko mashado naintindihan? hahaha…

anyways, we just listened to wunjo for a while pero tumambay pa rin kme sa parking lot kse “cool” kami, aside from the fact that most of my bandmates are there, listening to club versions of jamiroquai hits.

j-hoon of kjwan was there and we had a little talk. apparently he bought a copy of our EP (yeah) coz he really collects music from up and ateneo bands daw. pero when he played the cd in dru’s car (dru is our drummer), j-hoon was impressed with the recording bwahaha. ayos. kudos to dodjie garcia for the excellent work on the mix. anyways, j-hoon flew awaw, coz he was definitely on something, and had a drink or two, or three, probably 8 hahaha.

it was kapatid’s time to play pero we had to go home na din — and i have to go na kse i’m talking with my mrs. soseyj when she wakes up (yiii! ). pero we stayed to watch two songs, since i dont have a car. and the dude owning the car was the one who insisted that we stay. wala na akong nagawa.

pero may nakakatawang nangyari.
j-hoon wasn’t there. sobrang labo. he was all around saguijo a couple of moments ago, pero nung set na nila — NAWALA.

louie talan was calling him sa cel at halatang galit na. we think wala na sa makati ang drummer nila. kawawa si karl roy, andun sa loob doing p.o.t. covers, without any musical accompaniment. pero oks lng. mahal ka pa rin namin karl.

yun lang ang kwento ko. im going back to work now, since tapos na yung nirerender ko.
